Francois-Henri Galland

Born in Madagascar and now living and working in Paris, artist, Francois-Henri Galland uses watercolor as his medium. His work conjures desire and portrays a sort of deep affection that is created using minimal strokes. The paintings, often tonal, are passionate, loving, and at times erratic. I first came across his artwork a few years ago on Tumblr and was immediately hooked. How simple in nature they are but how wonderfully they portray their message.
